Product Questions

How often do you restock product?

Through the Vine is operated by a one woman show, to make sure things run smoothly and ensure products are readily available, I work around the clock to make sure things are in stock at all times (unless items are seasonal or limited edition). With that said, all products are created and worked on prior to launch so they could be readily available for our customers. If a product does go out of stock, email updates will be sent regularly to keep you in the loop, make sure to subscribe to stay updated on restocks, new product launches, and more!

Are your products all handmade?

A great majority of the products provided at Through the Vine are exclusively created by hand by the owner. Some items are purchased from other vendors and incorporated into our handmade products (i.e. the cross pins incorporated into our Place Holder Bows).

Are your products Eco friendly?

Absolutely! We have made it our business to take green steps not only in the production of our products, but also in the way we distribute them (shipping packaging). The idea being that Through the Vine is inspired by the simple times of Christ, which does reflect green and sustainable. Also, the products provided are recyclable and recycled (i.e. we use recycled paper to create our paper)!

Shipping & Returns

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, at this time Through the Vine does not ship to our international friends.

Are returns and exchanges offered?

All sales are final. Due to the custom-made and handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure accuracy in your order details before finalizing your purchase.

How long does delivery take?

Please allow 1-3 business days, Mon-Fri, for us to process your order and to receive your shipping notification. Most customers will receive their order within 3-7 business days from date of shipment. Rates may vary depending on carrier. Please check each carrier's respective insurance rates, as we offer a variety at checkout. Any shipment comes with a risk of loss. Responsibility of delivery is passed to the carrier once it leaves our shop.

My tracking says delivered but I did not receive my order.

If your order has not shipped, arrived, or is saying delivered but isn't at your shipping location, please reach out to your carrier to file a claim. Unfortunately, once our packages are sent to the carrier, the package becomes the responsibility of said carrier.

How do I track my package?

Once you complete your purchase, you should be provided with a tracking link number via email. Please check Junk and Spam folders if you did not receive a tracking link within 48 business hours. If you are unable to find your tracking number, please email us at info@throughthevine.org.

I did not receive an order confirmation email.

Once you complete your purchase, you should immediately receive a confirmation email. Please check Junk and Spam folders if you did not receive one within 24 business hours. If you are unable to find your confirmation email, please email us at info@throughthevine.org.

Can I edit/cancel my order once it's been placed?

Once an order has been fulfilled, we cannot make any changes to it. If you have any concerns or think you made a mistake, please contact us at info@throughthevine.org so we could further assist you.

What to do if item is damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us with your order number, a short description of what happened, and photos of your order to info@throughthevine.org and we would be happy to guide you through the next step in the process.
