Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the customized and handmade nature of our items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will only be issued if the item arrives damaged or defective.
- To request a refund, please contact us within 24 hours after receiving your order with photos of the damaged or defective item.
- Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
