All sales are final. Due to the custom-made and handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure accuracy in your order details before finalizing your purchase.

Shipping within the USA:
We currently only ship within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our international customers.

Processing Time:
Please allow 1-3 business days for processing your order. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Most customers will receive their order within 3-7 business days from date of shipment. Rates may vary depending on carrier. Please check each carrier's respective insurance rates, as we offer a variety at checkout. Any shipment comes with a risk of loss. Responsibility of delivery is passed to the carrier once it leaves our shop.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been shipped. If you have any issues with a shipped order not arriving or saying delivered but isn't at your shipping location, please reach out to your carrier to file a claim. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
